Our National Certificate in Generic Management enables people to qualify in management of first line managers such as supervisors, junior managers, section heads and foremen within an organisation.

The focus of this qualification is to enable learners to develop competence in a range of knowledge, skills and values required for middle-management such as developing, implementing and evaluating operational strategies, projects and action plans, monitoring and measuring performance etc.
